My other desk's height was 30" and non-adjustable. I started feeling pain everyday in my armpits and shoulders after using it daily for months and discovered it was because I was raising them too much to type. I checked an ergonomic calculator and for my height (5"5) the ideal desk height is between 24.5" and 27". I searched a lot and it wasn't easy to find a desk that could be adjusted to this height until I found WFH deks. It's been about 3 weeks and my arm pain is gone!
The only thing is that unfortunately this desk is a bit too small for me, but it's nice so I'll save it for when my kids are older and can use it for studying. I know I can buy the shelve for the 2nd monitor or the side shelve for the laptop, but to me it was too expensive as it is to now have to spend more in these attachments but I guess I'm going to have to do it at some point if I want to keep using this desk because I can't fit a second monitor but obviously I knew that since I saw the pictures before buying it. I guess I was too optimistic. Also, the right height was a priority at the time of purchase.
